  • How do I place an order?
    Orders can be placed through our website ONLY. It is quick & easy to place orders with us. All you need is a valid Email address & phone number.
  • What is the return policy?
    Please note that we do not offer “Returns” & “Exchanges”.
  • What are the payment methods?
    Payment can be made as “Bank Transfer” or “Cash on Delivery”
  • What are the working hours of Dyad’s Customer Care Department?
    Weekdays 9AM-9PM Weekends 12PM-12AM
  • When will I receive my order?
    Your order would be received within 3-5 days.
  • What do I do if I received a defective item?

  • My order has arrived and it’s missing an item(s)?
    Please contact us as soon as you receive an order. We will need the following information to enable a member of our Customer Service team to advise on the best solution: Order Number. Details on the missing item(s) – Product Name & Description. Invoice.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
    Changes can be made before the payment process (via WhatsApp).
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

  • How much would the delivery cost?
    Inside Doha 30-40 QR Outside Doha 50-60 QR
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently, we ship to Qatar only.
  • What happens if I’m out when my delivery is attempted?
    On the day of delivery, you will be receiving a call/text message from the delivery agent, to coordinate the time of delivery.
  • Can I choose a specific day/time for my delivery?
    A specific delivery can be requested.
